Eligibility for Returns

You can initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Any requests beyond this period will not be entertained.

Return Process

  • Provide Order Details: Share your order number, item details, and the reason for return.

  • Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, authorize the return along with instructions on how to proceed.

 

Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Exchange: If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item upon receiving the returned product.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).

2. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse to accept the delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product (subject to the return policy above).

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following situations:

  • The product is out of stock.

  • There are issues with payment or billing information.

  • We suspect fraudulent activity or an invalid transaction.

  • In case of unavoidable circumstances, like logistical issues or natural disasters.

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Used bedsheets or electronic items.

  • Opened or tampered packaging.

  • Items explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
